This week’s flatbread is inspired by the deli classic: The Reuben.
Ingredients: Stonefire Naan Flatbreads, Russian Dressing, Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, Pickles
Step 1: Spread a generous layer of dressing on the flatbreads
Step 2: Distribute the sauerkraut on top of the dressing
Step 3: Add some shredded pastrami on top of the sauerkraut
Step 4: Top with grated Swiss cheese
Step 5: add pickle slices (I know pickles are not teaditionally on this sandwich, but when the deli gives me a pickle on the side I always add it to my sandwich)
Step 6: Bake at 425 for 9 minutes. Then, Enjoy!
